Missed the mark...
Dear Cathy Bissell...someone in your R&D missed it on this one. Does not heat up "in 30 seconds" and after 3-4-5 minutes the pad is "warm"...and that's a gracious description. The Good News is eBay return is painless and easy. THANKS, eBay for evolving into a major outlet for folks like Cathy Bissell and protecting us. Easy lightweight for the elderly.
This is my third Bissell steam cleaner, this is the easiest to use and handle. I am an 80 year old widow, living alone with tile and laminate floors throughout my home. I am able to easily use this machine knowing that my steam cleaned floors are safe and clean. Great for cleaning grout
This mop replaced a Haan mop and it is a joy to work with. This specific model allows one to easily remove the bottom mop section and expose a brush that works wonders on our tile grout. The mop is easy to use, has a large steam reservoir and also a pump to provide steam at two different power levels. I Love Steam Mopping!
I was very surprised how much dirt was picked up of the floor because I had recently traditional mopped. The Bissell is very easy to operate and is very maneuverable. I used the scrubbing brush in a couple of spots and it worked nicely. It is a little tricky to reattach the head. I am sure the instructions might say to turn of the machine and let it cool, but I didn't and was careful not to get burned.
