I am in love. The bissell crosswave pet pro is so amazing. I always thought I did a good job at keeping my floors clean and was just looking for something to make the job a little less daunting, but let me tell you just how much of a game changer this product is. So much unseen muck came off my floors, I couldn't believe it. Everyone should own a crosswave. Don't be fooled by other brands in the same category. I can assure you this one is so much better.

Just doesn't do what I needed it to.
The product doesn't get close enough to the baseboard. It pushed the dirt against it and I had to get down to clean all the floor up to the base board. There are so few of the brushes in the roller, it just doesn't do the job I was hoping for. It won't clean the grout at all. If you have a flat smooth surface, it would probably be alright for that. I like it having two tanks so it can suck the water up as it cleans, nice feature.

Purchased for my wife and is so easy to use and cleans great! We had a Bissell hard surface machine for years that did an awesome job on tile and and wood floors. That machine was great and still was working great though it leaked from the dispenser valve, so instead of buying parts we retired it due to the positive reviews of this. Sum it up as award winner by Bissell that also cleans rugs quickly! Thought the price was way too high but not after using on all surfaces. I didn't mention we have a lab and the hair was no problem whatsoever. Recommend hands down!

Pet Pro Cleaner
was a gift for my daughter's birthday and she loves it. She has 4 extra large dogs, 1 large dog a very small dog 2 cats and a bird, all are house fur babies. Clean up is a daily thing for her, this makes cleaning easier and faster.

Cleanest floors ever
I L.O.V.E this machine. My floors have never been so clean. I have a home full of 4 legged love and fur. I don't have to sweep. No constantly bending over. My floors are clean. This purchase was researched and prayed over. It is much better than I even thought. I am excited every time I use it. Yes, there was a learning curve. Great on hard floors
Great machine to clean hard floors. We have almost 5000sf of hard floor, between engineered wood flooring and sealed concrete. This machine does a great job of cleaning and vacuuming as it cleans. Not nearly as good on carpet. Tried it once and decided I'd use it exclusively for hard floors.
