Great vacuum except for 1 thing.
This vacuum is very good. Does a great job on floors and carpets. Easy to empty too. Long cord. There is 1 problem....if you use the extention wand to do high cleaning near ceilings etc. the vacuum WILL topple over. It wont balance.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

It's really heavy to use

Powerful vacuum, great for pet hair, but heavy and difficult to maneuver
This vacuum is very good, I purchased it specifically because of the pet hair element. It does a great job on the carpets and floors, embarrassed at how much it did pick up on the first use. However, be aware it does topple over quite easily if you use the extension wand, you need to hold it or position it against something to stop this. It is also very heavy, so I am finding it hard to maneuver around furniture, or even just moving it from place to place. Overall, I am happy with how it performs and the price paid. I just wish I had tested one before hand before buying, I would have gone for something lighter.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This vacuum sucks!
This vacuum works! I have a long-haired dog and am constantly plagued with shedded hair. The Shark picks it up. It is well designed such that bundles of hair do not get caught and block the vac. It rolls easily and is very manoeuvrable, even allowing easy access under furniture. The provision of a removable tube also offers a useful aid in cleaning in tight spaces or up walls or whatever. All parts of the vacuum are well designed and clip into place easily and solidly. It is refreshing to find a vacuum that hasn't got fiddly or delicate catches and which readily allows access to & opening of the generously sized vacuumed waste. All in all, this is a great vac. Better than a Dyson and less than half the price
Have had a Shark for 5+ years, after changing from the Dyson’s. we have been so pleased with it we decided to buy the pet navigator and very happy with its excellent suction and self cleaning.
