Pros: the fan setting is cool and refreshing, the heater setting is nice and warm, easy to set up and use, when placed in a room it's quiet enough to fall asleep with and loud enough to block out background noise coming from around the house. Cons: if you leave it on for too long, it starts making a small but noticeable grinding noise that can be irritating - to fix this, you have to turn the device off for 5 mins or so before starting it back again (this is just a minor issue).

I have had this heater for just under three weeks and it has been great.It was heating my small room in around ten minutes then cycling to stay warm, then suddenly it seemed to drop power and now takes up to three times longer to heat the room and not cycling so now I have to turn it on and off. It still warms the room so I can’t say it does not work but after this cold snap we are having it will be a bin job. I suppose that for under $30 it is to be expected not to last but three weeks then on half the original heating capacity it started with is leaving it a but short for recommendation I will be looking at other brands now so my advice is give this one a miss if you want a small personal heater for more than a couple of weeks

All good but I had to repair the underside safety switch before it could be used.The sensor shaft was not long enough to make contact with the timber floor so I put a dab of hot glue on the tip and now works fine.
