Since the timetable change in 2014, Czech Railways (CD) railjets have been connecting the route from Prague via Vienna to Graz. For this purpose, seven Railjet sets in blue paint were purchased from Siemens. In contrast to the original ÖBB trains, the CD Railjets operate with five economy cars, one car with a restaurant and the control car with first and business class. Since the 2020 summer timetable, the traditional long-distance train connection “Vindobona” has experienced a renaissance again and runs between Berlin and Graz.
