I bought this product to speed recovery from a broken ankle operation, torn ligaments and incisions to remove floating bone fragments. At the same time I am also taking Green Lipped Muscle capsules. I noticed no benefits from these products although continue to use them throughout my recovery in the hope that they are of some benefit. Maybe this product was not intended for my situation.
