quality parts for this job is a must !
I had a knock sensor failure code, so I bought both sensors and the harness.... be SURE to buy the harness and replace as well. my harness connector crumbled as I disconnected the #1 sensor. but given the very reasonable price of the parts and the fact that the job is not the most fun to do, buy all the parts and be ready... you only want to do it once.. so high quality parts are your friend when knock sensors fail, the car will not go into overdrive.... that kills your mileage and puts unnecessary wear on the engine.
