    Works Well, but it's the A version not the V847

    I bought this wah to use as a modding pedal as by the description it was a V847 (meaning it was the discrete component board, not the updated surface mount version). The pedal itself sounds and works fine and as a Wah pedal should. The advantage of this pedal over the older classic is it has a DC power jack and input buffer as well (stops it loading down your guitar pickups). But I wanted the older discrete version to play around with. It's easy enough to rip the board out if I feel the need to build a classic.
