This is by far the best weightlifting cookbook I have ever seen. If you into weight lifting and want to know how to achieve that ripped body, this is the book for you. You don't have to be a personal chef to make recipes from this book!
Great easy to follow recipes. Good guidelines for healthy eating. Easy to read, easy to follow from a guy who knows what he is talking about.
I was not as much interested in the extra info as I was in how the meals would taste and they were just as satisfying from a taste perspective as they were for my health benefit...
I bought this as a present for someone who's really into exercising, and was told that there are some good tips and meals in here. He really seemed to like it. :)
