Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in CD Players & Recorders
I have always bought Yamaha and had a Pioneer Stacker CD player which came from my Brother; this was a problem child so we bought the new CD player and we are very very happy with all the small features on this player - some I probably haven't even used. The player is very easy to load and unload, plus it is easy to use and the sound is the Yamaha standard - brilliant!!

This CD Player replaced an older model (C595 series) which worked without a hiccup for about 12 years. However, the old player had begun distorting the sound about 1% of the time. Not that much, I'll admit, but annoying. The new guy (C600) slipped into place without a hitch. A beautiful player, as was the older one. Holds five CDs; you can replace four of them while listening to the fitth. Excellent remote capabilities. Has docking for iPods, but I haven't yet tried that out. Yamaha is all about sound, so you expect the best from their equipment. And that's what you get. I'm a Yamaha man, as you can see. This unit was delivered without a hitch.

Easy to use, and beautiful sound. It also has a digital optical output, which is now my preferred configuration. There is also a Pure Direct analog mode that shuts down unnecessary circuity

Simple to setup and use. Sound quality as good as previous Denon. Only minor negative is that the number of tracks on the CD is not displayed. No doubt the replacement for this will be a big hard drive with all music saved digitally.
