Whilst the principle involved with this device—enforced lung inspiration/expiration training—is technically convincing, the device is somewhat invasive and clumsy to use. I found its suggested usage pattern tedious, and difficult to retain on an extended basis of the recommended at least several weeks' use. Some people, say those with asthma or mild emphysema, may find its longer term use beneficial, but there's so far no medical evidence proving it so. In my case (with neither of these conditions) the tedium overcame me, and it's ended up gathering dust at the back of my desk. Only (possibly) recommended for people with specific respiratory medical conditions, but otherwise not of much value to others. Cannot convincingly recommend this flimsy, all-plastic device at its current price. 2½/5.Read full review

Greatly assists me with my breathing problems, excellent value for the money, if Ihave one thing where I would like to see change is, I wear hard upper dentures & I find the mouthpiece material could be a little softer to facilitate its use, however from a practicable point of view I would definitely recommend it to my friends & other people.
