Viable well packed seeds.
Seeds are viable but apparently take awhile to germinate. Got them in small containers with sterile medium on a heat mat. 2 weeks in to it and they are starting to pop. I like buying US only items and I will only be doing that from now on. I would advise anyone looking for cactus or seeds online to NOT get them from overseas unless you can get the phyto-sanitary certificate.
