The ST2000NM0011 drive is solid, fast and relliable... so far
How do I write a review on a product I just got? How long will it last? I hope longer than my ST1500DM003, which died after only 3 years. I run my computers 24/7, therefore I chose the constellation drives each time I upgrade. This one is a little noisy, but not bad. It's designed for enterprise use so quiet is not one of the goals. Good sustained transfer rate, copying over gigabit network I saw 200Mb/s and sustained write around 160 Mb/s. Atto disk benchmark is impressive until it reaches it's limit for sustained transfer, the problem with all spinning drives.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

2TB HD SATA Drive
The Constellation line of Seagate drives are very reliable. Have used many with rare failures over 5+ years. Designed to be on 24x7, they work great for storage drive at work or home. May cost a few bucks more vs TB consumer drives, but its worth the extra $$s to know your data will probably still be there in a few years...
