    A great modem/router for older versions of Windows

    I found that Windows 8.1 was unable to connect to the router with cable LAN, but wireless LAN was OK. As I use XP for everyday computing this is not a problem for me. Despite this limitation I recommend Zyxel ASDL modems because in my tests they provide considerably higher data transfer rates than other brands of ADSL modems.
