I bought this for my mom, who likes a physical keyboard and I must say this phone has exceed expectations. Originally she had a blackberry q10, which did not run as smoothly as this did. There is no lapse between button press and response and the camera is very functional. Cell reception is clean and crisp. I know cause I've used this phone. The keyboard is a little small but overall very good. There is even a time to turn phone on and off, which can help the battery last up to three days. When I look at this phone, I can understand why RIM was such a fantastic, innovative company.

I found the BlackBerry passport SE a big improvement to my old BlackBerry bold 9900. The bigger screen definitely helps viewing pictures and videos. It also is handy to view the other apps that you can toggle to with a single tap. The battery lasts longer, the camera is better, but I miss the mini HDMI port that my Bold 9900 has. I also may have gotten used to a software downside that I believe every Passport user hasnt figured out. It resets unannounce on its own too often.

Very decent for the price. Likes about BB Torch 9810: instant email notification, easy to use keyboard, facebook chat, LED notifications (there are apps that allow you change the color for each person's text or calls), smooth touchscreen, nice trackball, sync music over Wifi, much more easy to manage music and pictures compare to iphone, able to use microSD cards for more memory Dislikes: stone age built-in alarm app, unlock button very easily hit accidentally (which can be fix with slide to unlock apps), apps come in high prices compare to apple store, ugly UI for most app built-in or 3rd party, have to have a data plan to setup email notification, ugly 8 bits looking games, some settings are not very user-friendly Bottom line, my experience after 2 months using Torch 9810: call quality is good, texting is wonderful, web browsing is sometimes frustrating and not comparable to iphone, speaker is nokia-loud and phone design is very elegantRead full review
I've used several smartphones ranging from the original iPhone to Android devices. Starting with the BB Bold 9000 till the Torch, there have been lots of improvements, and the customer doesn't have to pay the brand name price for a BB (IMHO). This phone delivers on rich features and bridges the gap between the touch screen and a physical qwerty keyboard! There isn't a huge learning curve as the menus and options are very intuitive. Frequent data consumption affects battery life (like any smartphone). Screen resolution, video detail, and audio quality are all excellent. Upgrading the OS on a BB doesn't remove the device unlock (like the iPhone or Android devices :). Better battery life and reception would've merited a 5/5.
I really like Blackberry 9810. Its main advantage is that it is as a mobile office. The device reliably and accurately made (at the present time is a big plus). Os7 just lovely. quickly recharged from input 220. very comfortable keyboard. very easy to work with the mail (all in one). Do not like: - That the battery lasts not much one day - of course this is probably due to the fact that I have a Wi-Fi connected and 4g + ICQ and mail , I plugged into the machine as AUX device to listen to music. - There is also little problem to tachscreen especially at the edges (my wife's iPhone 4s so it has screen is better). - Even a bit of business software (still have not found work Word files Doc Excel ). - Games better forget - antediluvian. - Prices in the AppStore is much higher than in Itunes Store. - No support for androyd programs. - In some applications, clearly lacks the configuration and design (but that is not to RIM :) ) But on the whole device is very good and I like it very nice. I apologize if I say wrong - Google translationRead full review
