It's ok.
This is obviously cheaply made, but that being said...it is compatible with some, not all NES games. If you want to be able to play some of the games that you played on NES, it's great. If you want to play ALL of your NES games, then go ahead and hook up your NES again and play them. For the games it plays....it's perfect, easy to use nostalgia. However, if you have a combo like Mario/Duck Hunt, it won't play it, or a cross over like Qbert, it won't play. However, the straight up NES games like Mario 2 or Dr. Mario etc. they play perfectly and it's much less stress than trying to get the exact spot that the cartridge needs to go down to in the NES to play games and then have someone bump it and you lose your game anyway. This will play your games without the worry of the cartridge being bumped out of place, but it won't play every game. It plays some games beautifully, but hang on to your NES to play the rest of your games. If you have a two or three game cartridge, use your NES to play it. Also, use your NES controllers. They are made better than these controllers and are easier to use. If you use the controllers that come with the system, be careful with them. We broke one within two hours because someone dropped one. We glued it back together and it works fine, but go ahead and dig out those NES controllers for better quality and less buttons. :-) Overall, a good buy if you want to play some retro games, or show kids what games used to be like. It's easier to use than the NES and plays some of the games. Great value for what you get. Take good care of it and it will last well. :-)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Retro Duo Twin is WAY BETTER than this product.
Save the money, time, and headache and get a Retro Duo Twin instead. It's the same product as this, BUT IT ACTUALLY WORKS! I got the Yobo FC2 Slim system, and only the Nintendo portion of it worked. It didn't play Super Nintendo games at all. And the colors on the Nintendo games were not correct. So I returned this system and bought a Retro Duo Twin instead -- it looks basically the same as this system, with a slot for the Nintendo games and a slot for the Super Nintendo games, and it costs about the same. I've had the Retro Duo for about two weeks now, and so far all the Nintendo and Super Nintendo games I've tried have worked perfectly, and the colors on the Nintendo games are much better than they were on the Yobo FC2 Slim.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Wow only $20 to bring back my childhood games! I bought Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt, Super Mario Bros 2, and SMB 3 and they all work great so far! I did spend $10 on some retro controllers that were better quality. The games are a little difficult to get in and out of the system. But it's $20.
