With a newly diagnosed coeliac in the family I wanted some recipes that everyone could eat and enjoy together. For Christmas Day I made the chocolate cake with raspberries on top. I had to adjust the recipe as I needed to use margarine rather than butter which would have affected the result. The cake was devoured with rave reviews. I look forward to further forays into the recipes
