Outstanding phone. Obviously this battery is the best in the business, but like most manufacturers it doesn't give you the option to add an sd card, so get one that has plenty of memory....(min 64gb). But here is something that all you FoxFi fans want to hear. This is all you folks with the unlimited data plans with Verizon. Yes it does work. it doesn't work as a WiFi hotspot like it use to, however, it will work as an internet connection to your computer or other devices if you tether the phone to other devices. We currently save $60 a month on home internet $720 a year by tethering. The most recent updates of KitKat and Lollypop took out the Hotspot feature but you still have the work around by downloading PDANET+ to the phone and of course FoxFi app, and then downloading the desktop version of PDANET to your computer desktop. I am not a computer geek, if I can do it so can you. Hopefully down the road FoxFi hackers will fix a work around so tethering is not required. Slight hassle but at least your phone gets its charge topped off during the hook up.Read full review

While the phone is light and easy to carry it will not update the phones software and will randomly change ring tones. It is also stated to have up to 21 hrs talk time. Not so. Fully charged and Idle it has a standby time of 22'30" Talk time and data use considerably less. Good back up phone but poor as a primary

Love the phone's battery, look, & responsiveness. So far, I haven't missed the micro SD card slot (though I thought I would). Moto's Android 5.1 overlay does not include a "Close All" option when you touch the Recent Apps button. I miss that. I also greatly miss the ability to choose a Home Screen that is in the center of my Home Screens. Moto forces the Home button to be the FAR LEFT of your Home Screens, requiring 5 swipe rights to if you have 5 home screens. (My Samsung Galaxy phones allowed me to designate the center of 5 screens as the Home screen.) Maybe they expect you to set up group shortcuts. Other than that, I've been quite happy with the Motorola Droid Turbo.

Over all I like the phone, but it is lacking in certain areas. 1:Only one antenna, really Motorola! How cheap of you. Can't be on the phone and internet at the same time. 2:Lack of Micro SD slot 3:Camera is crappy when shooting moving subjects. 4:It blocks mobile hotspot unless you're subscribed to Verizon's hotspot. Boo to Motorola and Verizon for that! But other than the fore mentioned complaints it's a good phone. I love the battery life, HD screen, 3 GB of RAM, 805 CPU, Adreno 420 GPU, I especially love the voice commands without having to touch the phone at all.

I brought this item in efforts to experience an Android up close and personal, but at the same time handle my life's experiences. Another plus for this phone that helped me make my decision on this device, was the Superior look and overall quality of the phone. I really enjoy the Interactive Touch Screen that precisely chooses exactly what you intended to choose. Also, I enjoy the keypad that is slightly raised above the surface, as well as, other keys to make to typing experience more realistic. The number one thing that I adore about the Camera/Camcorder Features, is that the bright LED light, used for taking slightly darker pictures, is either automatically controlled or manually controlled just with the touch of a few buttons. In addition, I do like the feel/grip of the phone while the main touch screen is slid in the upward position. Unfortunately, this phone has a small amount of memory for anything needing to be saved on the system, anywhere from documents to apps and their accorded information. Also, the Android Operating system is on the lower end of the spectrum making it less responsive at times. On the contrary, this product is definitely a upgrade from the basic non-android phones, and it takes a little getting used to.Read full review
