    Good for Hawthorne Village cars.

    Most of my On30 cars are cheap Hawthorne Village cars, bought used, repainted, and decaled for my own road. Some of these cars came with cheap EZ Mates -- the ones with no spring, just a tiny plastic whisker that breaks easily. Make sure you replace them with these -- the more reliable over shank version with real springs. #8022

    Great for Bachmann products

    This coupler makes converting older Bachmann and similar products to knuckle couplers very easy. The Kaydee couplers are my first choice, but these work well and very easy to install.
