    Garbage

The bearings do not seat in these axle stub carriers. You can actually spin the entire outer race of the assembly inside the axle stub. When you start driving around the bearings will also move side to side in my case they slide out about a 1/16th of an inch left to right. I had to add three washers to hold them in place but I'm sure they are still spinning. I'm removing them because they will destroy bearings in no time and probably seize up on the drive shafts and damage the differentials, transmission, and motor. The traxxas tech support guy, Chris, tried to tell me bearings should slide all over the place' they are hobby grade, and then got ticked off when I told his that is incorrect. I put a bearing in this axle stub turned it over and the bearing fell out and rolled away. I put the other side in and it fell out. They race spins inside the axle stub, and slides left to right on every bump. You can actually push the down on the car and see the bearings go in and out. You'll be putting new bearings in every day. Because the entire steel bearing assembly with shift left to right and spin inside the axle hub freely while your going 20-55mph in a something like a Slash VXL the next bearing will probably have a full millimeter of free play. I don't know how fast the axles spin but the Brushless motor rotates at 48,000 rpm on a 3 cell lipo and if your bearing is spinning and sliding around your going to bust a lot of stuff. The RPM plastic and the Traxxas stock axle stubs are much better. For well under half the price of these things.
