Good Stuff
Lots of good tools out there, this kit can count itself among the best in quality and value. Drill is exceptionally powerful for its size, impact driver is more of the same, I would say that you need to consider buying an additional four amp hour battery as the smaller batteries will suffice for the occasional light job, but the four amp hour batteries will carry us through the deck installation, framing job or generally anything you want to throw at them with less down time.

12V Brushless = 18V Brushed
I am used to using Dewalt's 18 & 20V impact and drill, which was noticibly more trustworthy when it came to performance. I have since opted to switch from Dewalt to Milwaukee. I appreciate American craftsmanship when I can get it; and call me petty, but Dewalt is just a black and yellow black and Decker any more, no? I may be biased or ill-informed there, but these 12V Fuel tools can perform right along side any 18V. Plus they are lighter, promoting longer, more comfortable working periods. Do the right thing. Invest in brushless Milwaukee 12 V. It's the wave of the future!
