I got what I ordered.
It is exactly what you can see on the picture. (Power cord is not included.) Unfortunatelly the DC cord is shorter than the original one (approx. 2/3 long) and there is no velcro fastener on it. Other way it is better than the original Asus: it is lightweigter than that and warming up less. It arrived in the first days of the given interval. (Hungary, Europe)

Don’t waste money and time buying this product
The power supply itself is very light and the material is very cheap. The jack plug is not even straight. I wonder how they can sell such junk products. 25 bucks and 2 months wait wasted.
