Vitamin D2 doesn't give me side effects like D3 that causes me migraine, neckache etc, look up the side effects of D3 and be aware before taking. D2 works as well. I had a blood test 6 years ago and had low vitamin D, down to 29 on the scale that should have been at 75 minimum. After taking D2 2400 for a year I got it up to 92 so now I take these regularly. These ones work and they're vegan so lots of pluses.
