Shipping was fast, packaged perfectly and when I looked at it I thought I got a brand new computer, cannot see any scratches or dents on the outside nor on the inside. Downloaded all updates in an hour or so, quite normal. I like the keyboard as I can type over 60 wpm and needed a decent keyboard. I checked every program out, and deleted the games, everything works just as it should, camera and disc drive. I also choose this because it's an HP and of course because it had a touch screen, DVD drive and card reader and of course Windows 10. This was a great buy that I am very happy with. One little thing I want to add is more Ram, eventually. If anyone is looking for a great laptop with a low price tag this is it.

THIS COMPUTER IS SMARTER THAN I AM!!!
I absolutely love my HP15 computer!! It remembers all my passwords and logs me into my favorite websites automatically. I don't even have to wear my reading glasses when I use it because the touch screen allows me to resize the images and text as large or small as I need to. Photos just jump to life! I have even watched movies on it already. The price was great, too and it arrived in very secure packaging!
