Planter drill bit, great garden tool
Good product, works better than I expected even in tough soils. If you have half decent soils its a great tool, for digging small holes. Even on the battery drill it performs well. Only "negative" on this product is that the round shaft sometimes starts to slip in the drill collar. A triangular shaped end would be an improvement. A great product, reasonably priced and performs as advertised.
A great product, works exceptionally well, very easy to make larger holes if required. Only problem i had was I was unable to tighten the chuck enough to hold the bit, changed over to a key chuck then no issues. Sooo Goood!! We have hard clay soils here and I'm riddled with arthritis, so digging has always been a problem. I purchased this and was able to churn up whole garden beds and plant a hedge; literally in the space of minutes! I have lots more planting to do in this blank slate of a yard, and i have some privacy screens to install; this device is going to continue to be my super-hero helper! I wish I'd found these years ago! (For anyone who is wondering about their drill effectiveness, as I did, a regular drill *can* do the job however on really stubborn ground i found my cheap Ozito hammer drill with a chuck (still on drill setting)was the best tool to pair it with. Probably a regular drill as long as it has a chuck key will be as effective if you have solid clay; If you only have regular dirt to dig into, then these will churn you a hole with even a keyless chuck drill.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

You must use it on low speed to ensure you do not throw the mix out of the pot because it turns over so much soil.
