I am an old retired building contractor. The drill is small and underpowered but for a handyman or an old builder it is a good hobby tool. I think that for what you get they are a bit owerpriced. I would not consider this size Makita for anything except a hobby, but having said that they are a fine drill and easy to use and light to carry and hold above your head. I particularly like the light which comes on before the drill starts turning and stays for a few seconds after the drill stops.

This is a small powerful little drill and the battery is long lasting the only small negative I would say is the drills chuck loosens when the motor stops, it is the abrupt stop that causes this but other than that it is a magic drill that comes in its own case for easy storing. Definitely recommended.

This tool should be labeled handyman only .It looks on the picture like it’s bigger cousin and the larger battery’s don’t fit .

Although smaller than I thought, works really well, highly recommended.
