This book is just what I asked for. I needed something to remind me of my self worth. It helps identify what has lead you to be a certain way and explains the difference between loving yourself and being up yourself. Great book

This is a great book, very easy to read with commonsense information that is so easy, you wonder why you didn't get it till you read it, the way Bev Aisbett puts it. So much of our self hate has come from our childhood and its misinterpreted messages. It is about learning to let go and start living. The structure of the book is in cartoon form with script. It is fast to read. I bought Bev's book, 'Living With IT' 20 years ago,it gave a name to panic attacks. Her books are a good read.
