Really comfortable if you use it with the flat side up.
My initial reaction from the first few nights was that this pillow was a little bit too big to be totally comfortable. Then I tried turning it over and sleeping with the flat side up, with the thick edge still positioned under my neck. Wow, what a difference, absolutely comfortable and the best nights sleep I've had for ages and no neck aches.
