I wanted a basic smart phone to handle some texting and limited web access. The iPhone does the job. Use of the phone and its features is generally very intuitive, typical of Apple. Could use better battery life, however, I haven't been caught dead in the water yet. Screen size is small, but that's a trade-off against carrying convenience. Overall, a good phone. there are some good working benifits to this phone.. it has a solid feel and sturdy heft. the downside is that the screen is super sensitive..i had to turn off the zoom feature because random touches would make it explode into giant size.. and the only way to fix it was to reboot each time.. other than that it is a practical, useful toolVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

DIdn't last long
Initially, the only problems with this phone were that I couldn't send or receive photos. Then, after about 2 months, it stopped working entirely. It would freeze, and I'd have to turn it off just to make one call or send one text- every single time. Then it just stopped working entirely. I never dropped it, never got water on it. Works pretty good so far and I get almost 2 days battery life with minimum usage. I do not do games or use the music apps. It will not download many apps that I want because it only has ios 7.1.2. Usually the app asks for 8 or above and it is not available on this model so in order to get some apps I need a different phone. regarding the above questions I do not know what "form factor" refers to and I answered Yes anyway. I bought this phone basically just for the camera and my music. I recently bought an Iphone 5s and after a few months, it broke. I got an the ZTE warp elite from boost for $80 and it is a nice phone but the camera quality is horrible and i didnt have any of my music. I spent a lot of money on my music for apple so i wanted a cheap iphone to replace it. Anyway, the phone is in great condition and it got here a week before I expected it. The volume on the phone isn’t as loud as I expected it to be. I initially purchased the phone for my 2 year old daughter. Most learning apps that she likes to use require iOS 8 and higher which is a disappointment for both myself and my daughter.
