Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in Video Game Consoles
The console works well so far and is in good shape, but it is a Wii Family Edition (RVL-101) rather than the pictured original-style Wii (RVL-001), which I wanted for GameCube compatibility. Not a total dealbreaker, but I would have gone with a cheaper listing if I had known it was just a family edition. The Wii Remote also had leaky batteries when it arrived, which was another annoyance.

I’ve tried on 3 different higher end TV’s and it only plays in terrible quality (super grainy) black and white. I’ve tried everything it says online to fix it and nothing works. Absolute trash, would never buy again or recommend!! One of the controllers has battery acid inside it and wreaks of cigarette smoke and the eject button is very difficult to press. So frustrated with this piece of s#*t I’m considering just throwing it out of my window just so I don’t have to look at it anymore. Worst $50 I’ve ever spent I would have rather used my money to start a campfire, at least a campfire has more than 2 colors.

The Wii might not have the biggest library of games for those into gritty, mature, "hardcore" games, and many of these "gamers" will find themselves dissatisfied with the available titles. The truth is however that the Wii caters to exactly who it wants to: Long time fans of Nintendo. Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong, Metroid, Smash Bros, Fire Emblem, etc. Franchises that have been with Nintendo for a long time have great games available on this system, and for devoted fans of those franchises, the Wii is more than worth the money. Also yes, it is good for kids and "casuals," but that is by no means a bad thing. The average household will get more use/enjoyment out of a Wii with a decent enough stockpile of games than one would from the other systems where games are generally targeted towards a mature audience. The fact that you can stream Netflix and Hulu is also nice, but of course you can do that from almost anything nowadays. That said the Wii is cheaper than most of those alternatives, gaming systems in particular, so it isn't a bad choice for that either.Read full review
I am 67 years old, And I haven’t been getting enough exercise. I had a Nintendo Wii about 14 years ago and it was a lot of fun. My wife took it away for me and I don’t know what happened to it. So now 14 years later we are dealing with Covid. I am vaccinated and boostered. But I am still playing it safe by really not going anywhere except to the grocery store on Wednesdays. And I decided that the Nintendo Wii would be a great way for me to get some good exercise, have fun playing sports games without having to leave my apartment. So I bought this used WII and it works absolutely perfectly. And it came with Wii sports resort And I ordered Tiger Woods golf And we sports from another seller on eBay. I have played all three games and they work perfectly. I could not be happier. One other thing I purchased that I would strongly recommend for anybody buying a Nintendo Wii to play on a modern TV is a Wii to HDMI adapter. Component cables and composite cables are thing of the past. The adapter only cost about $10 and mine came with a 5 foot HDMI cable also. It works perfectly on my one year old TV. I bought the adapter from Amazon.Read full review

This is a great system. The only thing that bothered me were the list of games. There weren't many that I looked forward to. So far I've played these awesome games: -Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess -Metroid Prime Corruption -Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition -Super Smash Bros. Brawl (works with gamecube controllers) -Metroid Other M There are probably a few others but so far those games were great. Not a fan of the wii remote but it works great so I can't complain. It's more of a family/friend system than a single person system, but still a great system overall.
One of the VERY best experiences in purchasing on E-Day. These folks did a terrific job with documentation and photos and when the product arrived, I was even more impressed at the care they took in preparation and packaging. Very straightforward - had a good feeling based on their record and presentation and certainly not disappointed at all! I was delighted to find such a great solution for my "dead" old technology.... now I can continue to play the over 100 games I had for Wii - thanks!

I'm more of a ps3 player myself, but just recently I have purchased a Nintendo Wii for my daughter and I was actually surprised. Its great for the whole family, especially when your trying to push in some family fun time at home. Although the new super Mario bros game for the Wii was a bit complicated and way different then from the original. Wii does offer tons of other fun games, such as dancing games (my daughters fav) which are actually fun too play. The motion controller and motion bar bring gameing to a whole new level. This gameing experience can actually be healthy at times for the fact that it can be a work out! But down to the point, the Nintendo Wii brings out the imagination in the mind and puts a new spin of excitement into the gaming world as we know. More suitable for children then the ps3 and Xbox but fun as well for the rest of the family. You can also enjoy the other features it offers such as the ability to stream from Netflix, and with some of the newer Wii models you can also play Nintendo gamecube games! I recommend the Nintendo Wii if your looking for family fun or the more appropriate game system for your children. If your more of a hardcore gamer or a shoot em up junkie, then the ps3 or xbox360 is the choice for you.Read full review
Product worked fine but things like Nintendo store don't work anymore. Thankfully it came with the 2 games I wanted it to play already installed (Super Mario 3 and Super Mario World).

This Wii satisfied what I was looking for, a cheaply priced Wii that worked great, came with everything I needed to get started and didn't have too many scratches on it. I have absolutely no complaint for this product what so ever. It was well explained as of the description and made me happy. I would recommend this product for anyone like me, who is looking for a cheap, well working Wii, has everything you need to get started and while it doesn't look new, it look in pretty good shape.

Runs well, everything is streamlined. Can't play movies, GameCube games or access the internet like a regular Wii but it runs Wii games faster and runs cooler meaning you can play it for longer. Thank you, I am very happy.
