Well the reason why I purchased this item is cuz the reviews said it works great as a concealer and helps your eyeliner stay put and not bleed onto your eyelids. Listing as new is inaccurate
Disappointed as this is not a new product as stated in the listing. On opening it is obvious the product has been used but it looks like they tried to make it appear new by attempting to smooth the surface. When selling product like this please be honest. Listing should indicate the product was previously used, however minimal it may be.
