Great for replacing factory speakers.
Bought these as replacements for the factory speakers in my 2010 HHR and they work perfect. Sound really good with plenty of bass and volume using the factory head unit and no extra amplifier. Installation was painless using adapters and wiring harness's made for my vehicle and total install time for all four doors was under an hour from start to finish. Can't recommend these enough for the cost and sound for stock replacements however, if you are planning on using a high power amp, keep in mind that these are only rated at 40w per pair rms. Hard to beat them for the money IMHO though for my needs anyway.
