I bought this product as I am trying to bring myself to a healthy state. I found it really easy to follow, there are quite a few recipes that I love. As per any cookbook, there will be some recipes that you never cook, but it has to cater for everyone. All in all, really enjoyed this cookbook! Thanks Michelle Bridges!
