I read this book about 2 years ago, it really has opened my eyes about FOOD and its role in illness. I changed the way I eat because of this and have bought this book as gifts for friends again and again. Its a page turner compared to similar books on the subject, the information is presented in clear, easy to understand way and I recommend it to anyone interested in improving their health.
