"Phineas and Ferb: The Perry Files" is a DVD based on the television program of the same name. "Phineas and Ferb: The Perry Files" follows Phineas Flynn and his English stepbrother Ferb Fletcher as they recount the adventures of their friend Perry the platypus who is a secret agent. This animated musical comedy is rated G and includes animated violence, pranks, and other assorted plotlines. This two-disc set of "Phineas and Ferb: The Perry Files" comes with DVD and digital versions of the film as well as an activity kit. The animated musical comedy is formatted as a closed-captioned, full-color movie that is dubbed with subtitles and presented in widescreen playback. Subtitles are available in English, French, and Spanish. The two-disc set meets NTSC standards and has an aspect ratio of 1.85:1. Special features include a "Nerves of Teal" video.     A Repeat of Episodes From Complete Series Edition...but Worth Having.

    It is great seeing the genius boys at it again. In fact, whilst this is a repeat of a few of the episodes from the Blu-Ray Full Complete Series that's available for purchase, I am glad I got it, nonetheless. You see, this disc works with regular DVD players. Nice touch. Yes, it is a repeat of episodes found on other disc type media (unlike being novel episodes like, for example, Phineas and Ferb: Star Wars or Phineas and Ferb: Marvel Heroes). Nevertheless, I recommend getting it if you want to see on a regular DVD player some of the episodes found only on the Blu-Ray edition. Recommended.
