This is an old and great book. inside the font is still very small and its centered in the page with a 1in bare boarder. This book is very short and a paperback so realy thin easy to get lost imo. But the sauces are Awesome. Not a bad one in it. Also its very instructional
This is OLD SCHOOL sauce making at its best. For the longest time, I have been using an original copy of this 1915 book. It is no more, but this printing is a beautiful photolithographic copy of the original. The tastes live on!
