Onkyo TX-SR313 AV Receiver
This receiver is easy to use and the sound quality is very good. It has a fail safe in order to keep it from surging and burning the system up. You have to unplug it and leave it unplugged for a couple of hours to reset. You will know the fail safe is engaged if it power on amd than cuts off immediately. Than the system comes on and works just like normal after the fail safe is reset by unplugging it for a couple of hours. This is a great system, very easy to use and easy set up. I love it!
My wife got a set of Yamaha NS-PA40 speakers from work, and I needed a good amp to power them. This one is perfect for what I wanted to pay. The Onkyo with the speakers sounds awesome. This Onkyo has great pre-set controls that really allow a great sound. The bass is wonderful. I love the bluetooth, too. I'm not an audiophile, nor do I want to invest the time to become a surround sound geek. I just wanted a good, quality sound with a fairly easy to use receiver, and that's what this Oknyo does for me. I'm sure it has much more capability than I plan to use.
