The compressor has difficulty or will not start with air in the tank, it is the first compressor I have seen that does not have this feature, I was instructed to drain the air tank before starting it, otherwise the compressor works well, there is no predelivery or manual so be sure to check for loose bolts, wires, oil etcVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
