Loving this headset
I’ve had two Jabra headsets for work. The cheaper ones. They’re not comfortable, but they do the job. I figured it’s about time. I’ve got myself a nice headset. I’m glad I did because I love this Jabra Evolve 80 headset. The foam around the ears is extremely comfortable as well as the bar across the head, too, and the microphone is not intrusive. Don’t laugh, but the best part of all is the cord that is bright red. I have a lot of cords at my desk. This one lets me know what it belongs to. This item was $150 brand-new. Jabra keeps getting better. The Evolve2 line is a fantastic design upgrade.
Sound quality is fantastic. Passive noise cancelling is high quality. Headphones are very light and don't get uncomfortable with extended use. The mute function when raising the boom is a must (IMO). I had a set of Jabra Evolve 75 and 85, and these are hands-down far better. I don't personally like Bluetooth (EMF exposure) so I try to do everything corded. Blocks out the outside world.
Love these headphones. While the sound for music doesn't tolerate as much bass as I'd like, I'm not usually using these for music anyway. I bought them for keeping out the sounds of noisy neighbors while I take phone calls for work from home, and that they do very very well. I like that I can unplug the 3.5mm jack from the usb link and then use them in any device that takes a 3.5mm headphone plug.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
