GREAT PRODUCT. THIS IS THE BEST FISH OIL PRODUCT I HAVE FOUND. IT HAS 700 mg OF EPA, 500 mg OF DHA, AND MOST IMPORTANT, 50 mg OF DPA. MOST OTHERS DO NOT HAVE ANY DPA. AT FIRST I THOUGHT FISH OIL WAS LIKE A SUGAR PILL. AFTER ABOUT 1 MONTH I REALLY STARTED FEELING BETTER (MORE ENERGY, AND THINKING MUCH CLEARER) WHEN I RAN OUT, I WAITED TO SEE IF IT WAS THE SUPER OMEGA GELS OR JUST IN MY MIND. IT WAS THE GEL TABS! SO I ORDERED MORE, AND I'M FEELING GOOD AGAIN. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THE 240 CT BOTTLES HAVE SMALLER, EASY TO SWALLOW TABS.
