Nice part but not a great fit
Didn’t fit my factory 2000 TJ hinges snuggly. Quite a bit of slop in the hinge when inserted but fit the door post very well. I ended up using a wrap of electrical tape around the outside which set the bushing into the hinge with a firm fit. Happy with the smoothness of my doors.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good fit, requires work
These bushings are designed for the Rugged Ridge door hinges, which still require machine work to accept them. The bushings recieve the door pin correctly, but the lower hinge on the body side must be drilled out with an 11/16th bit. I gave them five stars because they function correctly, it's the hinges that are not manufactured with these mandatory bushings in mind.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
