Great USB
SanDisk have always been a good USB flash drive. I get the USB 2.0 due to technical specifications can be manipulated. The USB 2.0 work in all the ports. I do a lot of Linux Distro testing, require a flash drive that will hold up for at least 20 installations, producing a lot of heat dispensation. These are good for music playing in a vehicle or USB device. I'm actually getting a USB 2.0 technology that's compatible with all USB devices. Amount of 16GB good for operating systems, music and video.

This Flash drive is hard to set up. Hard to set password and it was not compatible with my work computer or my laptop. When I put it in my computer at work it said this flash drive needs to be formatted so when I selected format, ALL OF MY DATA WAS ERASED. I will be sending it back. Also the instructions were minimal and not enough information.to set it up. I would not recommend any one purchase this item. I have had many many jump drives and never had a problem. Well designed and has a great startup program
This little pen memory is very convenient to use. The connector slides easily in and out of the holder and when it is inserted into a USB slot a master control program come up with a choice of several choices. In addition, you can use it to expand memory or as a super fast drive. Load programs on it and they will load much faster than the standard hard drive. Good prices, but only has 14.5 GB of holding space.
This is an exceptional value for the price, although each 16GB I've bought has only 14.5GB of space, IF you delete the security lock & folder inside. Just need people to know up front that there is definitely NOT the full 16GBs available. title misleading
Will it work with a 3.0 USB port, yes it will. Does it deliver the speed of a 3.0 USB port, no it doesn't. So in reality this is a 2.0 SanDisk memory stick. Your title is misleading, any 2.0 or 3.0 is interchangeable with either port. So you will never get the speed of 3.0 Port with this product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Works great on pc
First let me preface this by saying I am not a computer whiz. I purchased two of these flash drives (one for my computer, an imac, and one for my wife's computer, a pc) Installing it on the pc was a breeze and it backed up the computer without a hitch. On my imac it was a different story. Had a difficult time getting it started. Seems I had to put in a password protection before I could do anything and then I started to download photos but could not do over one at a time. Gave up in frustration and have not tried it since. I gave it 5 stars because usually when I have a problem with something doing with the computer it is entirely my fault so am giving SanDisk the benefit of the doubt.
