The fit was pretty good, it makes a world of difference for both engine and transmission operating temps in cold weather as well as initial warm up is much much faster. I have noticed a 20 degree difference with a the grille cover in 1-10 degree Fahrenheit conditions. My 7.3 Powerstroke would run at about 158 degrees on the highway and now runs closer to 180 degrees. Well worth the money! Highly recommended if you do as much highway driving as I do.
