This is my favorite philosophy body wash. It’s clean fragrance is suitable for either men or women. Very gentle and moisturizing for your skin and hair. Yes I use it to shampoo my hair. Nice and gentle. The pump ensures the correct amount needed to wash or shampoo resulting in no waste.
