Classic Renwal - Better than Ever!
I used to build Renwal kits 50 years ago when I was a kid. They were excellent then, and today, with new CAD/CAM tech, they are crisper and straighter than ever. Re-issue of old kit
This is a re-issue of an old Renwall model kit. It's nice to see these old model kits making a comeback. They are dated by today's standards, but nevertheless make for some unique items. These kits have multiple injection marks that require extra clean-up. I would still recommend this kit,and am glad to see it re-issued.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

older model from 50's
Older kit from the 50's with all the warts of it's age. Based on the 5 ton chassis not the 2 1/2 ton as pictured. Simple kit that should be viewed from it's age. It was a fun two evening build that brought back fond memories of 1959. It will take some filing and sanding to fit up everything so if you are looking for a Tamiya 'shake & bake' this is not it, but when finished will produce a nice shelf model of a unique weapon system from the "Cold War" era.
