You'd think this wouldn't add anything to Vanilla ice-cream, but you'd be so wrong. This makes even the worst ice-cream taste amazing. For milkshakes and thickshakes it's amazing as well. You literally can make great tasting shakes that are as good (if not better than) those you'd buy at a deli/cafe, etc. I thoroughly recommend this product. Tastes great.
