They work for me, allowing SPD cleat and pedal use. I have leg length inequaility and other issues. These help me set-up my shoes to compensate. They do need reinforcing for long life, however.

I shim-up the left SPD cleat, because of my short leg, but many shoes for them are too heavy. I'm using RO78, RO88 and RP3 shoes with these adapters, but the side 'pontoons' come off too easily. I'm buying these as replacements, and I'm still sorting out a work-around.
