I stumbled on this product by accident. Unlike some protein/amino acid tables, these are just the right size. Also, unlike powder, there is really no bloat. It is also much easier to take consistently than shakes because you are not dealing with large volumes of liquids you have to ingest several times a day. I also have found these tablets to be more effective in gaining lean muscle while promoting fat loss. I tended to gain some unwanted weight when taking the powder.
