    Zero complaints, works very well!

    Looked up specs & buyer's guides, and chose this one for the money. I don't need steam like a jewelry cleaner or a water heater because I can just use hot water- In fact, after an hour or so, it heats up to 140 degrees by itself. So, this basic unit has done better tan I hoped so far, getting polishing compound off of Aluminum parts in no time using just a 1/2 Oz. of Simple Green w/the water. I have Zero complaints. It is also used to clean airbrushes by many folks, and I'll need that soon also so all the better. I always pick nits if there are any since I'm a critical SOB and this time I can't- Very pleased with it.

    Don't use for multiple keyboards

    This does work in a small scale but I find myself having to put less in it and run it multiple times just to get it to clean something. I used it for cleaning keycaps and it works well to an extent. I think I would go with something more professional next time. It also has some problems with getting heated after my multiple uses. I'm worried about it possibly warping the plastic.

She found the best mixture for her jewelry is one part liquid jewelry cleaner to 6 parts water at 180 seconds. Also cleans reading glasses with the same ratio but using liquid dish soap in lieu of jewelry cleaner.
