These may be older videos but they really get you sweating. The 2 Prevention workouts are similar in the beginning with cardio sections but have different toning routines. The Belly Blast uses light weights while the Walk Off Belly Fat does not. Both use some Pilates and yoga moves as well, and have 1 person doing modified movements for beginners or less active individuals. I love Ellen Barrett, she is very motivating. However, I prefer the Express Belly Blast workout over the Walk Off Belly Fat. The cuing is better timed and doesn't feel as rushed. Equipment needed: yoga mat and a pair of hand weights, 3 lb's each or less.
